Will these lips synchronise?

As like others I don't visit cinemas often these days. But when situation demanded( my wife compelled me) I had to oblige( no other way!). After a trailer main movie started. It was a tamil movie as the promos and posters said. But what I found was everybody's mother tongue was other than as the case in all other tamil movies. That was OK as there was no other go.It is not a sin as long as they speak tamil nicely in a tamil movie.Even if the dubbing was good and well synchronized the film would have been watchable. The most annoying part of it was the heroine who is making debut in that movie had no knowledge about what was happening around her. She has no expressions at all even to the most kindling external stimuli. And it was evident that she doesn't know even a single letter in the film's script. She was not understanding what other characters were saying and compensated her shortcoming with over acting which was more irritating than her original mistake. When her lips were muttering something her hands were reacting in a different way and at the same time background dubbing was different and not sync with the lips. Just imagine sitting in front of a 70 mm screen and watching the drama with close up shots to the heroine. Poor asst directors, I am sure they had a nightmare in teaching her the proper way! I beg the big fellows who cast these girls from other side of Vindhyas just for their skin. It is not at all a wrong thing to do but to make us watch the torture is very inhuman.Who is going to save us?
